Caffé Driade:

Caffé (Italian spelling, usually referring to espresso) and Driade (Italian for the greek tree spirit).

The Italian "r" is trilled.

The Italian "i" is pronounced "ee".

The Italian "e" is never silent, and usually pronounced "ey" (as in air), or sometiomes "eh" (as in get).

The Italian "a" is more or less an "ah".

Put it all together and it would be "dree"(trilled r) - "ah" - "dey" or "deh".
